The final of three meetings of the HCBS non-residential compliance benchmarking group took place on April 26th. Linc, along with other DSPN representatives were there to speak on behalf of our membership. DHS staff will now work to create a guiding document outlining compliance. DHS expects to have a draft document complete in August. DSPN plans to host a member meeting in August or early September, during which DHS and DSPN representatives will answer questions and provide guidance.
The contract for site reviews and compliance verification has been granted to Public Consulting Group. The contract is currently set to begin 1/1/2019.
