LISA
DAVIDSON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
OFFICER

Lisa Davidson loves to empower people to share their voice in a meaningful way that leads to a healthier future. She has the great ability to partner with legislators, staff and constituents across the political spectrum to advance policies to improve health status in our state.

An unexpected meeting (her husband), led her to Wisconsin and a front row seat in influencing public policy and regulations.

Throughout her career, Lisa has increased advocacy capacity and engagement resulting in laws and regulations that improve health in Wisconsin. Her proudest accomplishment is establishing a smoke-free environment for all to enjoy in Wisconsin. She has also built grassroots capacity for organizations to increase member engagement, build relationships statewide, and successfully move forward legislative priorities. She translates process, legislation and regulations to educate, engage and motivate those who have been on the sidelines.

She always looks forward to exploring opportunities to build on her skills and relationships to benefit our communities.

TODD
SMET
DIRECTOR OF MEMBERSHIP
AND DEVELOPMENT

Serving in the healthcare association space is an intentional decision for Todd. An opportunity to join a local supportive care agency over 13 years ago revealed a long-sought path towards meaningful work. More recently, he was fortunate to serve the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association for more than eight years prior to joining the DSPN team. Having witnessed the collaborative strength and value of membership organizations, he is excited to support DSPN’s mission.

Todd looks forward to helping deliver a relevant member-centered experience for those confronting a multitude of operational challenges every day. Opportunities to meet with members in their settings and witness the remarkable work taking place are among the most energizing aspects of his role.
