DSPN is excited to open nominations to recognize exemplary emerging leadership among our member organizations. These awards are specifically meant to highlight members of your staff that demonstrate management qualities and a commitment to enhancing opportunities and quality of life for individuals with disabilities. To help cultivate the next generation of leaders, DSPN encourages you to consider those that are delivering remarkable performance. Please consider midlevel managers that are crucial to helping your team maintain Momentum.

Recipients will be recognized and honored at our Awards Reception during the 2026 DSPN Conference on Thursday, October 1st, 2026 at the Oshkosh Marriott Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center 

 

Nomination Process:  

 

Nominations must include: The completed form and a brief, informative narrative describing the reasons for nomination. Please include in the narrative any involvement, commitment, participation and volunteering that has helped enhance opportunities and quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Also include special events, activities and/or fundraising that demonstrate emerging leadership qualities.
