Schedule Making. This is the most basic natural way to keep your child from having ADHD episodes. Make a schedule for your child that includes their day from when they wake up to when they go to sleep. Make sure that you follow this schedule every day and try not to stray from it. This can really help your child concentrate and lets them know what they should and should not be doing at any point during the day.
There are other natural ways to help treat ADHD. Just remember what works for one child might not work for another so it is a bit of trial and error.
